it started on a thursday morning, we set off at 630am in the morning with jarrod picking us all up, from sengkang to bukit merah! it was good, the company, the lovely car with 2 7" LCD screens to watch movies on! heh well it was exciting!
our first stop was melaka town, followed by KL city (KLCC etc.) i tell u, driving in KL was a big pain in the ass! its huge yes and the traffic there, goodness its like peak our in orchard on a friday night x 2 ! seriously that bad. but we felt good there, it was modern and very nice, good experience heading there.
as you can see from the pictures, we were really bored on the way there, we spent our time playing cards, with RM$1 as a minimum bet! hah! lots of funny things happened such as role playing, hat wearing, and we can trust out handy lil ipods!

as you can see, we checked in to the hotel room, Copthorne Orchid Penang which was kinda allright, not bad considering i had a free voucher for 3d 2n. the view in penang was great! if i didn't know, it seriously looked abit like Singapore and certain parts too!
gurney drive & some other places had excellent food! we went to the night market over @ the expensive hotels batu fingri or something like that, and we walked the whole stretch, some good buys and really nice sights.
the next morning we went up to penang hill courtesy of tan ty's cousins who lived in penang, it was tiring waiting for everything to happen as the queue was seriously just darn long! good train ride up the hill and after which we went to do some water sports! sailing and jet ski!
we left on sunday morning at about 10+ after a good breakfast at one of the stores by the road, and ofcourse starbucks coffee!
